My name is Estelle and I have been in the healthcare field for over 20 years working with sole practitioners, group practices, and hospitals to include Cooper Health System as well as the University of Pennsylvania.  I am an expert in the entire Revenue Cycle Workflow and I have also worked as a medical transcriptionist for 15 years.  I have worked in all different specialties, but my focus has primarily been in the mental health/behavioral health field including outpatient, IOP, and group therapy.  My priority is to be the gatekeeper for healthcare providers ensuring prompt billing and timely claim denial investigation to guarantee acceleration of revenue so that providers can better manage and provide qualitative care to their clients.

I was born and raised in New Jersey where I still reside with my fiancée and two sons, along with our two cats.  I enjoy sports, sinking my toes in the sand at the Jersey Shore, and most importantly spending time with my family.
