Estelle has been in the healthcare field for over 20 years working both in-house and remotely with sole practitioners, group practices, and in hospitals to include Cooper Health System as well as the University of Pennsylvania.  She previously worked as a medical transcriptionist for 15 years.  She provides billing, credentialing, and practice/billing management system setup.  She is an expert in the entire Revenue Cycle and Receivable Collection Ratio.  She has worked in all different specialties, but her main focus has primarily been in the mental health/behavioral health field including outpatient, IOP, and group therapy.  She has also assisted sole practitioners as well as group practices with practice and billing setup from start to finish and assists as well as expanding practices to multi-state licensure.  She is currently working towards the AAPC Certified Professional Biller and Coder certificate and is active in her local chapter.  Her priority is to be the gatekeeper for healthcare providers ensuring prompt billing, timely claim denial investigation, and guarantees acceleration of revenue so that providers can better manage and provide qualitative care to their clients.  Estelle has an insurmountable wealth of professional and personal experience and her positive personality and empathy towards others are key components for any practice.
