I have worked in the field of Psychology for more than 30 years. First, as a Licensed Psychologist then adding many roles in the business offices of mental health practices and ambulatory surgical centers. I have worked as a full cycle revenue specialist applying my coding and therapy knowledge from my years as a Licensed Psychologist. I love the detail-oriented work of the billing specialist and treat each dollar as if it were coming out of my own pocket. I am proactive, responsive and will go above and beyond to ensure each customer is satisfied.

Dealing with money matters and insurance is stressful, I am diligent in my goal to minimize that stress for both patient and customer. I am kind of a pit-bull when it comes to errors and denials, not letting go until resolution. I love spending time with my family laughing, traveling and playing games. I love playing pickle ball, reading and all kinds of music and concerts. I have lived in Mexico off and on throughout my younger years. I am thrilled to join the team at BSS. An odd piece of trivia about me is that I am color-blind, feel free to test me!
