Austin is a graduate of Columbus State University in his home state of Georgia and a former office manager for an ABA clinic. He has experience billing, credentialing, and providing administrative support to mental health agencies large and small. His former roles across multiple mental health industries give him the tools he needs to tackle new and unique problems that an agency could face. Austin is ready to meet the needs of the providers he works with so that they can meet the needs of their patients. When he is not at his desk or chasing down insurance agents, he enjoys thrifting, visiting parks, and finding local music.
