Hello, my name is Beverly Artis. I have worked in the medical field for over 20 years. I started working in the hospital as a file clerk and worked my way through insurances, billing, payment posting, credentialing and building of the Denial Management System.

I was a Collection Supervisor for a hospital for 6 years, a CBO Manager for a physician practice with multi-specialty for 4 years and a Credentialing Supervisor that handled credentialing for all states. I have always loved learning new thing in the medical field. I will sit for my CPC certification in the fall.

I love spending time with my family, hanging with my two grown daughters and three grandchildren. I love reading, going to the beach and decorating. I am excited to be joining the team at BSS.
