Pauline comes to us with over 25 years of experience in medical billing and coding. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in accounts receivable, claims processing and follow-up, denial resolution, insurance verification, and revenue cycle management, with a strong background in behavioral and mental health billing.

Pauline enjoys what she does and takes pride in using her experience to help resolve challenging billing issues and ensure accurate and timely reimbursement. She is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to doing her best both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, Pauline enjoys spending quality time with her two sons and family, listening to music, and relaxing at the beach. She looks forward to being a part of the BSS team!
